The cassette on the top of our stanchion is made with Eco-friendly that is durable or recyclable. After long term use, the spring inside the cassette still maintains good elasticity.There is a safety lock under the belt lever that enables the belt to lock firmly.
These retractable belt stanchions are made of 0.8mm gauge stainless steel which are more durable and sturdier than economic stanchion poles. Brushed or black powder coated stainless steel poles are fingerprint proof and are very easy to clean.
Our retractable stanchion has a long lifespan, and after years of use, the stanchion are less likely to be dented or damaged.
Many large airports, theatres, shopping malls, theme parks and other places with huge traffic may need thousands of queue stanchions, and how to stack so many stanchions becomes a problem for them. The field area of the ordinary stanchions is very large, while our stackable U-shaped stanchions save about half of the area of the ordinary stanchions.
The base of our U shaped crowd control stanchions are made of cast iron which is thin but very heavy. The heavy duty base can keep the stanchion stable and won’t fall even if pushed by the crowds.In addition, the cast iron base is more durable than cement base and have a very long life span.
There is a EVA sheet under the base to prevent skidding and protect floors from scratches.
